Led by David Hahn, CVA • ASA • MAFF • CM&AA • CCIM • MBA, the firm delivers analyses and reports compliant with IVS, USPAP, and IFRS 13 standards.

David Hahn is a U.S. Army veteran who served on active duty in Korea from 1977 to 1978, and a proud member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. His early military service forged a lifelong bond with Korea and a deep understanding of the U.S.–Korea alliance that continues to guide his cross-border valuation practice today.
 

As founder of ACG, a division of David Hahn Realty Advisors Inc., he provides independent valuation and advisory services for Korean institutional investors entering the U.S. market. Hahn was invited by the Korea Appraisal Society in 1998 to present his seminar “Korea Sovereignty Discount Rate under the IMF” before an audience of over 500 professionals, later contributing four articles on real-estate securitization to the Society’s journal.

데이빗 한 대표는1977년부터 1978년까지 대한민국에 주둔한 미 육군 현역 복무 경력을 가진 미국 참전용사이며, 미 재향군인회(Veterans of Foreign Wars, VFW) 회원입니다. 그의 복무 경험은 한미 동맹에 대한 깊은 이해와 신뢰를 형성하였으며, 오늘날 한미 간 투자와 가치평가 자문 업무의 기반이 되고 있습니다.

1998년 한국감정학회 초청으로‘IMF 하의 대한민국 국가주권 할인율’ 주제로 세미나를 발표하였고, 이후 학회 정기간행물에 부동산 유동화 관련 논문을 네 차례 기고하며 평생명예회원으로 위촉되었습니다. 그의 전문성은 한미 양국 투자자 간의 가치평가 표준을 연결하는 교량으로 평가받고 있습니다.
