David Hahn, CVA, ASA, MAFF, CM&AA, CCIM, MBA is an expert in Korean Institutional Investment & Valuation Advisory in the US. Our experience spans business, real estate, and intangible-asset valuation, as well as mergers & acquisitions, and cross-border investment consulting.
David Hahn is a U.S. Army veteran who served on active duty in Korea from 1977 to 1978, and a proud member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. His early military service forged a lifelong bond with Korea and a deep understanding of the U.S.–Korea alliance that continues to guide his cross-border valuation practice today.
As founder of ACG, a division of David Hahn Realty Advisors Inc., he provides independent investment and valuation advisory services for Korean institutional investors entering the U.S. market. Hahn was invited by the Korea Appraisal Society in 1998 to present his seminar “Korea Sovereignty Discount Rate under the IMF” before an audience of over 500 professionals, later contributing four articles on real-estate securitization to the Society’s journal.
Bridging international standards (IVS, USPAP, and IFRS 13), Hahn delivers bilingual, standards-compliant valuation, feasibility, and advisory services—linking Korean capital with U.S. enterprise opportunity.
